Pre-Purchase Inspections are often necessary to complete the purchase of a home, and we provide you with a fully documented written report of everything we find, and where we find it. Our technicians cover every accessible area of the property, including the subfloor (if applicable), roof void, internal and external walls, external buildings, and yards and garden areas. Once the inspection is completed, a written report is created outlining the basic details of the building, any current or previous termite activity, evidence of wood rot and conducive conditions — including anything that might cause problems in the future. Armed with this knowledge, and a callback service for when it’s time for your annual inspection, you can be sure that your new asset is a secure one.
